Where are your products made?
All of the crocheted products and Madison Emma Collections are made by hand in our studio in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only sell nationwide within New Zealand.
What is a crocheted snuggler?
A snuggler is a soft comfort toy that combines a cuddly unstuffed body (blanket-like) with a plush animal or character.
What is a crocheted stuffie?
A stuffie is a soft comfort toy that has a stuffed body.
Are your snugglers and stuffies suitable as baby shower gifts?
Absolutely! Our handmade snugglers and stuffies make thoughtful keepsakes for baby showers, birthdays, newborn gifts, and special occasions.
Are your snugglers and stuffies safe for babies?
Yes, we take every care to ensure our snugglers and stuffies are baby safe. We use premium materials that are soft, durable and suitable for babies. All eyes and facial features are embroidered, making them a safer option for babies and young children. We always recommend products are checked from time to time to ensure they remain safe especially when they get a lot of love.
We strongly recommend our snugglers and stuffies stay out of a baby's sleeping environment until they are older than 12 months.
Are your crocheted products safe for sensitive skin?
We use 100% polyester materials that are premium quality, hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin.
Can you wash your crochet and quilted items?
Head over to our Product Care page under the Customer Care menu for instructions on how to best care for your crocheted and quilted items.
Will you restock sold out items?
Most items will restock unless they are sold as limited edition. Due to the handmade nature of items, some may take a little longer to return to stock.
Do you accept custom or personalized orders?
Not at this stage but we hope to have personalisation options available in the future.
Why does my item look slightly different from the photos?
Subtle variations in color, texture, pattern placement or shape are part of the beauty of handmade goods and make your item truly one-of-a-kind.
Are your products truly handmade?
Yes! Every item is handcrafted with care one stitch at a time in our studio. Because they are made by hand, no two items are exactly identical.
Why are handmade items more expensive than mass-produced items?
Every item is carefully handcrafted with quality materials and attention to detail. Some take several hours to create, making each piece unique.
