Product Care
Our handcrafted pieces are made to be loved — and with a little care, they'll stay beautiful for years to come. Here are our tips for keeping your items looking their best.
Crocheted Products
We recommend spot cleaning by hand for small marks if possible. Your item can be machine or handwashed in cold water with a mild detergent.
If machine washing, place in a mesh laundry bag or pillowcase and use a gentle cycle. Do not wash with other items that may have zips, buttons, velcro, long sleeves or belts that can damage or tangle around the item.
If handwashing, avoid rubbing the fibres or twisting (wringing). Roll between towels to remove excess moisture. Reshape whilst wet and lay flat to dry on a towel out of direct sunlight.
Do not iron, place in a dryer or dryclean.
We recommend our crocheted items are checked from time to time to ensure they remain safe for young babies and children.
When handmade items receive lots of love and snuggles, over time a sewn in yarn end may wriggle free and poke out. Have no fear, your handmade creation is not coming undone. If this happens, gently tuck the yarn end back in.

Make sure products are clean and lids are fitted correctly before placing in bags to avoid spills and stains. Make sure all hair tool equipment is completely cool before placing in Hair Tool Bags.
If you spot a thread end sticking out of your product, please do not pull it. Carefully trim the thread end close to the product making sure you don't accidentally cut the fabric.
